Ch-ch-ch-changes...

Wow! Two updates in one year! Somethin' major must be goin' on! I am officially a home owner! Woohoo! Not only do I have a new home, but the S2000 has a new home and jsierra.net does too. Thanks to my good friend Alex at uv-node for being so kind to host me. Unfortunately I cannot host myself at this time, as I do not even have a home phone yet. What is more unfortunate is that I cannot get cable or ADSL. :( I'm going to have to settle for IDSL for now. At least it's better than 56k (which will probably be more like 33.6k).

I may look into getting a fat (expensive) pipe and providing wireless for the 'hood since none of them can get broadband either. If I did set that up, it would make for a VERY interesting situation if I were to ever sell my home. I wouldn't want to sell the ISP along with it. I suppose I could pay the new owner(s) a few bucks to let me keep it. Then again, I could just be his ISP and charge him a few bucks for his Internet access. It's a win-win!
